Why this exists
A hallway board, not a marketplace.
People leave companies. Sometimes a lot of them leave at once. When that happens at Anthropic, the usual job boards are a poor fit: noisy, generic, and built for a different kind of search.
Rantropic is a small notice board for that moment. If you are hiring, you can post a role. We ask for your name, email, and a way to reach you. That is it. There is no checkout, no ranking auction, and no algorithm.
Every posting is reviewed by hand before it goes live. Spam, bait, and listings that are not actually hiring do not make the board.
This site is not affiliated with Anthropic. It is for the people walking out the door, and for the teams who want to talk to them.
